Backing up Data (P4 part 2)

Next, I am going to explain on methods or backing up data. Why backing up data is important? it is because you are trying to take precautions and to avoid lose data. Backing up data also allows you to restore your old data when your old information is corrupted or deleted.

these are the methods of backing up data:

• using cloud storage such as dropbox is important because dropbox is like an online storage where you can store your data and can be shared through all devices.

• Use external Hard Drive, external hard drive has a same function as usb stick to store and transfer data although it is much expensive than usb stick.

• lastly, print a hardcopy. Printing a hardcopy of your documents is much safer and better it can prevent you from losing important data in internet.
